Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold by All That Sewing are digital downloads (sewing patterns). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the files have been sent or downloaded.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days of purchase. However, this right is lost once the download or digital access has begun.

By purchasing and downloading our digital sewing patterns, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, please contact us at allthatsewing.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

We reserve the right to issue a refund at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
